Welcome to the Honey Bee Veterinary Consortium Certification program in honey bee veterinary medicine (CertHbV)!
The HBVC certification program is a self-directed program designed to provide veterinarians with the knowledge, skills, and competencies for working with honey bee patients and beekeeper clients. The CertHbV designation also helps beekeepers identify veterinarians that have had education and training in honey bee medicine. Applicants will work through seven modules on a range of topics, logging CE credits as they go. Once all modules are complete, applicants will submit a final project OR pass an online final examination to receive the CertHbV designation.
